What dates do you have available?
Please check out our Calendar to see what dates we have available . We do keep this current, and are happy to put you on a wait-list if you find that your date is unavailable.
How far in advance can I book at wedding date?
We allow bookings up to 18 months in advance.
What is the cost/price for a wedding at Wildcliff?
Please inquire with us at our "Contact Us" page. We will send you detailed pricing options!
Does Wildcliff include coordination?
Sort of... Wildcliff includes a "Venue Coordinator" that will be with you on the day of the wedding, which is different than a "Full-Service Wedding Planner". We love to be involved in the wedding details, help with logistics and answer any questions you may have, but we essentially leave the planning to you. We are more than happy to help direct you to preferred Wedding Planners if you desire a little extra help with ALL things included in your wedding planning.
Do we have to choose our vendors from your list?
No. We love making new "friendors" (friends + vendors), but we do give each couple a list of vendors, that have been out to Wildcliff before, that we know and trust. It's a great place for clients to start making inquiries after booking with Wildcliff Events.
What happens if there is inclement weather on my wedding day?
In the event of inclement weather, we can move all festivities to our gorgeous indoor space, The Hollow. We will work with you as long as possible to keep events outside (if that’s what is desired). However, decisions must be made 2 hours prior to wedding start time.
*Note: All weddings at Wildcliff include The Hollow event space!
How does parking work at Wildcliff?
A parking attendant will be provided by Wildcliff to ensure a safe & efficient parking process. Elderly or handicapped guests are welcome to be dropped off prior to parking.
Is Wildcliff handicap accessible?
Yes! Wildcliff has several ceremony locations that allow for handicap accessibility. Wildcliff also provides handicap accessible restroom at both the outdoor and indoor event spaces.
What is the max capacity at Wildcliff?
Wildcliff can sit 250 guests, and the Hollow can comfortably seat 250 guests.
How late can our reception go at Wildcliff or in The Hollow?
Receptions can last until 11:00PM. We kindly ask that music ends 30 minutes prior to allow guests & vendors ample time to exit the property.
Where is the nearest over-night lodging?
The Iron Horse in downtown Blackwater is within 5 minutes of Wildcliff & The Hollow. We also recommend:The Isle of Capri or Hotel Frederick both 13 miles away in Boonville, MO.
